This policy explains what information Elite Concrete Coatings ("we", "us") collects through eliteconcretecoatingsco.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request an estimate. The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, your city, the service you're interested in, a description of your project, and any photos you choose to add. We receive it by email, with the photos attached. Large photos are usually made smaller in your browser before they are sent, but some photos (small ones, some iPhone formats, or any photo sent from a browser with JavaScript turned off) arrive exactly as you chose them, including any details your camera stored in the file, such as the date or location.
When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google sets cookies to do this. Our website host, Cloudflare, also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use the details you send us to answer your request, schedule an estimate, and do the work you hire us for. We use analytics to improve the website. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that run this site and deliver our email.
Service providers
- Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
- Our email delivery provider, which passes your form submission to our inbox
- Google (analytics)
